Back for the 2023/24 season, Scarpa has overhauled and upgraded the boot throughout. The latest iteration of the Gea RS uses a combination of environmentally friendly Grilamid Bio and PeBax Rnew materials, with the lower shell and cuff being infused with carbon for added torsional stability. To add more adjustability and enhance the fit, the closure now features Scarpa's Wave Lite system, which is designed to have better closing force.
